How long does shipping take?

We process orders quickly, usually within 1–2 business days, and ship with reliable carriers. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your location. Everything is packed with care so your products arrive safely and in perfect condition. 📦

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to most countries around the world. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated automatically at checkout, no surprises. 🌍

What is your return or refund policy?

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us straight away with photos and we'll sort it out immediately, we always make things right. Due to hygiene reasons, opened skincare products are generally non-returnable, but we're always happy to chat if something isn't quite right. 💌

Can I cancel or change my order?

Yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped yet! Just get in touch with our support team as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. The sooner you reach out, the better. ⚡

Do you offer samples or gift wrapping?

We occasionally include little samples with orders when available, consider it a happy surprise! 🎁 Gift wrapping isn't available just yet, but our packaging is cute, protective, and makes for a lovely unboxing moment all on its own.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
